Accident at Workplace

Accident at Workplace…‘more like the electrician just didn’t think about the cable he left training on the floor…’

A) ‘Accident at workplace... I’m to blame!’

I admit I am a bit ham-fisted. I didn’t see the cable on the floor in the warehouse and just tripped over it. I wasn’t concentrating on what I was doing and I should have been more careful about where I was walking. My knee injury will take a few weeks to heal, but I’m sure everything will be fine soon. So, no need for me to make an accident compensation claim. I am not entitled to anyway.

B) ‘Accident at workplace...shouldn’t have happened!'
This type of accident in the workplace happens all the time; why is it other workers just don’t pick things up or put them where they belong? I am going to be signed off sick from work for four weeks all because of the carelessness of someone else who couldn’t be bothered to pick up the cable. It’s high time the Health and Safety representative took some responsibility here. I’ve been injured and I am entitled to make a claim.

C) ‘Accident at workplace claims.'
Our personal injury lawyers are regarded as some of the toughest in the business. They are experts in accident at workplace claims and guarantee to work on a No Win No Fee basis to ensure you recover all of the compensation that you deserve.

Accident at workplace...its just not acceptable!
Leaving cable trailing on the floor is negligent and careless. It could have been so much easier to prevent my accident at workplace. If the electricians recklessly ignore the health and safety rules, accidents at the workplace will keep on happening.

Where next?
> Times are tough I’ll make an accident at workplace claim.
> I think I’ll read a little more about Duty of Care.
> I’m rich so I don’t need compensation.
